Zoom Phone - Adding a delegate
You can add a delegate to your Zoom account to answer handle calls on your behalf.
How to add a delegate
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal www.zoom.com.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone.
- Click the Settings tab.
- In the Delegation & Assistant section, to the right of Assign delegation privileges to: click Set.
- In the options that pop-up, select the desired user to invite then click the Invite button.
