Go to http://thegovernorsacademy.org/passwords

Locate then select your account

From the menu items, choose:

Forgot My Password - if you do NOT know your password and need to change it
Manage My Passwords - if you know your password and wish to change it
Unlock My Account - if you need to unlock your account
